Global Dental Lab ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and intake forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to dentists, clinics, dental labs, and other visitors who interact with us through the site, the contact form, the Send-a-Case workflow, the account registration form, and the price-list request form.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: (a) shipping and courier partners (DHL, UPS, etc.) when your case ships; (b) payment processors when you settle an invoice; (c) IT and email service providers we use to operate the site and intake systems, under written confidentiality terms; (d) authorities when required by law or to enforce our terms.
Information is stored on access-controlled servers and encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Case files and intake records are retained as long as your account is active and for the period required for warranty and audit. You can ask us to delete a specific record at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
Our production floor is in mainland China and our shipping partners operate worldwide. When you send us a case or open an account, you understand that your information will be processed in China and any country where our service providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
