TRIOS 3Shape Communicate

How to connect your scanner

  1. Visit portal.3shapecommunicate.com.
  2. Log in to your 3Shape Communicate account. If you do not have an account, create one before moving to the next step.
  3. Click Connections on the navigation bar.
  4. Click the Add Connection button.
  5. Enter [email protected], make sure Show me Labs is enabled, then click Find.
  6. Select the registered lab entry Bright Dental Laboratory in the results and click Connect.
  7. Once the request is approved, the status changes from Waiting for approval to Active.
  8. On your TRIOS scanner, go to Configure > Lab Connections, choose Communicate as the external method, refresh, and confirm the lab appears in the list.

How to connect your scanner

  1. Log in to your Sirona Connect account at customer.connectcasecentre.com.
  2. Click My Favourite Contractors.
  3. Click Search Recipients to expand the search criteria.
  4. Select country China.
  5. Enter the zip code 518103.
  6. Click Start Search.
  7. Click the plus icon next to Bright Dental Lab and confirm the request.
  8. After a scan session, click Connect, log in, and send the impression to the lab.

CARESTREAM CONNECT

Connect your Carestream account

  1. Log in to CS Connect.
  2. In the toolbar, open the partners area.
  3. In the Partners window, click Invite a partner.
  4. Enter [email protected] in the email field.
  5. Keep the default message or write your own.
  6. Click Send.
  7. The invitation is sent to the laboratory and a new partner entry is created.
  8. Once accepted, you are notified by email through CS Connect.

Sending A Case

  1. In the case list, select the case and open the submission dialog.
  2. Choose the lab from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Next to open the Case Specifications form.
  4. Select the required case details. Required choices must be completed before the next step is available.
  5. Continue through the web form section by section.
  6. In the last section, add an optional due date if needed.
  7. Click Submit.

Connect and send

To connect your scanner:

  1. Contact iTero support on +86-136-1309-6118 or contact the sales representative you purchased the scanner with.
  2. Provide the lab details Bright Dental Lab, [email protected].
  3. If you have trouble with the setup, the lab can help make the connection call.

When sending scans:

  1. On the treatment information screen, under Case Type, select iRecord.
  2. Under Ship To, select Bright Dental Lab.

Connect and send

To connect your scanner:

  1. Log in to your Medit Link account.
  2. On the left side, select Partners.
  3. Search for [email protected].
  4. Click Request Partnership.
  5. The lab receives the request in Medit Link and you will be notified once the connection is accepted.

To send a case:

  1. Go to your Case Box and open the case you want to order.
  2. In the case details page, click Order, complete the order form, and select Bright Dental Lab as the partner.
  3. Click OK and review the order in the Order Box.
  4. The order remains Pending until the lab accepts it.
